What the website is and what it is not
The website describes the services of Kidnes OÜ and lets you send an enquiry, request an agreement, complete the KYC/AML questionnaire and book a consultation. The information on the website, including prices and package contents, is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Obligations of the parties arise only from a signed agreement.
The website's materials are not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation. Make decisions after consulting us or another professional.
Agreement request and questionnaire
By submitting a request you take the initiative to enter into an agreement. After the request we ask you to complete the KYC/AML questionnaire: this is a legal requirement, and services do not start without it. The agreement and the questionnaire are generated automatically from the data you enter; you are responsible for their accuracy and completeness. The agreement takes effect once signed by both parties — digitally or in another agreed manner.
Kidnes OÜ may decline to enter into an agreement without giving reasons, including on the basis of KYC/AML checks.
Company registration and related services
Company registration, legal address and contact person services are provided by Finstock OÜ (licence No. FIU000300). Kidnes OÜ takes over accounting, tax and operational support after registration. The terms of Finstock OÜ's services are set out in a separate agreement with Finstock OÜ.
Use of the website
You may not interfere with the operation of the website, circumvent form protection, submit knowingly false data or third parties' data without their consent, or use the website for mass mailing or automated data collection. We limit the number of submissions from one address to prevent abuse.
Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design and the Kidnes logo belong to Kidnes OÜ. Materials may be quoted with a reference to the source; copying pages in full or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.
Third-party services
Consultation booking runs through SimplyBook.it; visitor statistics through Google and Meta services. They have their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their operation. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
We keep the website in working order but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Kidnes OÜ is not liable for losses arising from the use of information on the website without a concluded agreement, or from interruptions of the website or third-party services. Liability under a services agreement is governed by the agreement itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in Harju County Court.
